  Beutiful place with friendliest people

  The place is exceptional! From our arrival the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Place itself is beautiful, it’s a traditional Indonesian house with stunning wooden furniture and a lot of greenery outside which is very well kept. Room we had had everything you need for a few days stay to explore Yogya and the surroundings. Clean, very comfortable large bed, air conditioning working very well, hot water always available in the shower. It’s also in proximity of the center (just a short Grab ride from Malioboro) but in a calm, quiet area so you can relax after experiencing hustle and bustle of Yogya. We spend also very nice time with the locals working there just chatting, having tea and enjoying ourselves. Cannot recommend more!

  Molto bene l'alloggio, meno la comunicazione

  La posizione era ottima

  Non mi è piaciuto che mi abbiano comunicato tre ore prima del mio arrivo che non potevo dormire nella stessa stanza con la mia compagna perché non eravamo sposati

  I don’t recommend and won’t stay there again

  Location is good, bed is comfortable, hot water works

  They asked for extra 100K for early check-in even though I mentioned that I didn’t sleep properly last night(it was 3 hours before check-in time). Every morning during my stay, they started to make renovation noise that woke me up early in the morning. They have to understand that people come and stay there for vacation and don’t have to wake up early. They also mention that I have to keep the room clean in the most absurd way(that I’ve never heard in my life before), otherwise I may not get my deposit back and even may get charged extra. However when I get into the room sheets weren’t so clean and bathroom as well.

  Won’t recommend

  Property located very central and had a very nice courtyard and parking. The architecture was typical Javanese architecture.

  The bathroom was in bad condition, glass bathroom not cleaned before check in, soap dispenser had white scales.

  buona posizione, letti comodi

  Abbiamo prenotato in anticipo il servizio di taxi dall'aeroporto all'hotel fornendo i dati del volo così da non dover aspettare in aeroporto. arrivati in aeroporto abbiamo scritto all'hotel che non ci ha risposto per più di mezz'ora e non ci ha fatto trovare nessun autista ad aspettarci, quindi abbiamo deciso di prendere un altro taxi. dopo più di 40 minuti l'hotel scrive che il driver ci sta aspettando nel parcheggio dell'aeroporto, ma noi eravamo già partiti con l'altro taxi come comunicato loro. alla fine di tutto questo hanno voluto comunque i soldi del taxi anche se non l'abbiamo preso, ci hanno costretto a pagare un servizio che non abbiamo utilizzato per colpa loro!
