    A delight! Cosy, thoughtful, exceptionally clean, fantastic and attentive host, fabulous location!!!

    The property was exceptional. We were delighted to spend the weekend here as we were attending an event at The Pencil factory across the road so the location was fantastic. It was thoughtfully laid out, and equipped with everything and more!! We were tired both evenings after working at the event and actually found the apartment so warm, cosy and inviting that we decided to stay in both nights and enjoy a local takeaway, with picky bits from Booths (which is right next door). We very much enjoyed watching Disney plus which was supplied and celebrating with the bottle of fizz provided for us in the fridge - what an utter treat! The perfect weekend stay for us - We will be back!!

    The only dislike is that we didnt stay longer!!!

    Peace in Keswick

    The place was super easy to find and in a fab location. It was super quiet and felt peaceful for an apartment complex in Keswick which was amazing as Keswick itself during the summer school holidays is anything but peaceful. The grounds of the complex itself were lovely. Very nice seeing an apartment building surrounded by so many plants. Parking was easy and right in-front of the door so very handy for loading and unloading. The shutter blinds were excellent and made the place black out at night. The location is also great for the western fells of Derwentwater as you are straight on the start of the walking path within 30 seconds from the apartment location. Shower was great, and the whole bathroom felt quite new and modern. I also found the bed very comfortable. Bottle of prosecco was a lovely thought and the kitchen had all you would need. The large hallway map of the Lakes was unreal and it was fun to use to plot my fell runs.
