    Good

Pool was very nice, quiet location, great ocean view, good layout and size of room.

Bathrooms Need a little TLC. Wish porch was bigger. Pool on site bar and grill overpriced for microwaved food and poorly mixed drinks. Room was decent, bed and couch not very comfortable. Both tubs have slow drain.
