    Повна байдужість до відвідувачів готелю.

    Швидко знайшли будинок, було місце для паркування. Персонал не відреагував на наші зауваження про додаткові рушники та холодну воду в душі.

    WiFi був дуже слабкий. На кухні було все необхідне, крім чайника. Вода в душі була холодна , рушників усім не вистачило.

    Für die Gegend war es ein günstiger Aufenthalt und wenn man bereits ist die Abstriche zu machen, auch in Ordnung.

    Die Mitarbeiter sind immer hilfsbereit gewesen. Die Location ist genau gegenüber der Metro, was das Reisen ohne Auto vereinfacht und auch ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür, mit dem man leicht durch ganz Sopelana kommt.

    Das Haus ist schon älter und man hat gemerkt, das mit mindest Aufwand versucht wurde, was gutes rauszuholen. Die Matratzen sind echt unbequem, das Lattenrost bzw das Bettgestell war darunter teils zu spüren. Für uns fehlten außerdem ein paar Basics, wie ein größerer Mülleimer, ein kleiner Kühlschrank und Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon. Die Musik aus der Bar war auch bis ca 0Uhr immer zu hören.

    todo el menaje de cocina era muy escaso y estaba muy sucio
