    Rustic Retreat Within Minutes of Civilization

    Lots of space. Quiet and safe environment. It really feels close to nature - with tree shade, a nice garden space, birdsong, and the occasional clip-clop of horses' hooves. It was well equipped with both shower and a huge bath, pleasant linen and a good supply of crockery and cutkery. I also appreciated the water and milk. It is only a few minutes' drive to supermarkets and good restaurants.

    It was unfortunate that the cottage was not ready when I arrived. However, my faith in the host's attention to detail was restored later by his quick response to my requests or queries. Although the facilities are somewhat rustic, they made for a comfortable stay.

    Was a lovely stay away from home.

    The host were extremely friendly and accommodating as I had to update the information on guest that were staying with us three times - Teenagers that could not make up their minds. The accommodation exceeded my expectations by the size of the rooms and living space. Overall, definitely a 10 out of 10 experience for us.

    N/A as all was good. We truly enjoyed our stay at the cottage and would recommend it to anyone that has to stay over in that area. It does not feel like you are in the city, and the bonus for us was being greeted every morning by the friendly pets on the property.
