  Our 5 night stay

  The staff bintang and all the reception staff were so l lovely and helpful during our stay and saw to our ever want and enquiry

  There was a little bit of construction going on at the time but they did keep it to reasonable hours

  Würden wieder hier buchen

  Zimmer im neuen Gebäude sind sehr komfortabel und großzügig,, Schnorcheln direkt vor dem Hotel möglich, sehr gutes Restaurant, Massage toll. Die Lage ist auch für diverse Ausflüge optimal. Insgesamt sehr relaxt. Sehr freundlicher Service insgesamt. Mein besonderer Dank geht an Erna! Top!

  Das Extrabett für unser Kind hat trotz Buchung für 3 noch etwas extra gekostet. Der Betrag war zwar völlig in Ordnung aber ich empfehle dem Hotel das anders zu lösen, weil es die Gäste unnötig irritiert, z.B. den Preis gleich bei Buchung einbeziehen.

  Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen! 😊 Das gesamte Personal war super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass sich die Mitarbeiter schon nach kurzer Zeit unsere Namen merken konnten – dadurch hat man sich direkt willkommen und persönlich betreut gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt, sodass immer alles ordentlich und sauber war. Auch das Frühstück und das Essen waren sehr lecker. Es gab eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Auch beim Essen war das Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Insgesamt ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt mit tollem Service, einer gepflegten Anlage und sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen 😊

  The room was perfect! Everything inside it was clean and modern. All of the staff members were super friendly and helpful. The stray dogs who lived there were cute and friendly, however if you didn’t wish for them to be there the staff would get them to leave for you. The spa next door does incredible massages and seemed to be one of the best spas on the island. It was really lovely going to sleep with the sound of the ocean.

  There were ants literally everywhere, I’m unsure if this is something that could be helped or not. The pool was out of use for most of our stay so we never ended up using it. Also note that the sea has low tide for majority of the day and you can’t really swim in it. The restaurants food really wasn’t the greatest.
