Letztes Jahr war es hier besser
Das Pesronal ist sehr bemüht und immer nett. Das Hotel ist eher klein, Die Lage finde ich super. Der Strand ist sehr nah. Zum Baden muss mann etwas laufen, da sehr felsig an dieser Stelle. Aber auch das macht die Schönheit aus.
Die Matrazen sind steinhart. Auf Anfrage haben wir einen Topper bekommen. Diese haben aber dien Schlafkomfort nicht wirklich verbessert. Diese Qualität kennen wir in Hotels eigentlich nicht. Leider war der Begriff Adult only vom Hotel nicht beachtet worden, Das Frühstück wurde nur im Nachbarhotel angeboten, indem auch Kinder genervt hatten. Auch im Adult-Pool waren Kinder anzutreffen. Das GYM ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Geräte scheinen mir nicht mehr sicher zu sein. Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein. Diesen empfanden wir immer als sehr frisch. Die Klima geht nur auf Voll oder Aus und ist auch sehr laut. Leider habe ich derweil viele diese Mängel auch in Bewertungen lesen können, auf welche das Management zwar mit Worten aber nicht mit Taten reagiert hat. Das ist Schade.

My husband took ill with a bacterial infection and was cared for in an upmost way by Mr. Chay and staff, whom organised
Love the surrounding plants and garden that gives this place a very tranquil, relaxing vibe. We love the authentic Thai feel to the buildings and decor. Very friendly, compassionate staff members. The breakfasts were excellent with a lot of variety. We loved “Chef Egg” and Mr. Chay the head manager whom went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and happy. The bistro meals for dinner were very good. Rooms kept extremely clean, comfortable bed and good shower/bathroom. The location is ideal to walk into the Main Street of Khaolak to shops, cafes, restaurants. Walking distance to beach and beach cafes.
