    A few practical issues spoilt what could be good accommodation

    Quiet and convenient location. Spacious rooms

    The shower in the en-suite bedroom would not switch from very hot water so was unusable. The tv in 2 bedrooms did not work. No instructions given for the lock on the bedroom door and it was inadvertently locked. Rubbish under bed is en-suite room from previous occupants. First bedroom on right at top of stairs needs a new mattress as springs evident when laying down. Cleaning generally barely adequate.

    Not what we planned - do not use Khyatt homes.

    Sadly Khyatt homes changed our booking on the day of arrival so we had to move to another accommodation they offered. Not what we booked but clean and modern bed for the night.

    Too far from the location we’d booked originally. Difficult key pick up from a supermarket lock box, we were given the wrong code so had to phone for help. Electronic locks which didn’t work properly so locked out of accommodation. Khyatt homes customer service made us feel like it was all our fault, very unhelpful and abrupt. Very disappointed in their service.

    The closeness to the train was definitely a plus to be able to get everywhere

    Did have some issues with some spiders and webs in the front room.

    Cleanliness and Communication fell short of expectations

    It’s in a quiet neighbourhood.

    Communication from host is slow or completely radio silence- there were many messages sent to the host for check-in instructions on the day of check-in and cleaning was not thorough. We had to contact the host for him to send the cleaning team again to clean up one of the bedroom and settle the dirty washing machine. We didn’t get to use one of the bathroom as it’s scalding hot water that’s being dispensed, making showering impossible. Mattresses have put squeaky noise and are uncomfortable.
