The house was clean, check-in via the lockbox was easy, and the ability to park two cars securely inside the property gate was very convenient. Communication with the owner was also superb throughout our stay.
The water pressure was very low, making showering quite stressful; the owner might want to consider installing a water pump for the bathrooms. Additionally, while there is a water purifier, it doesn't provide hot water, and the rice cooker was faulty. Mobile signal for Maxis is also poor in this area, so providing Wi-Fi would be a significant improvement.
