    Happy stay in a lovely friendly place, with a beautiful room and a perfect location.

    Everything was perfect: the hotel is two minutes’ walk from the tallest beautiful minaret. My room was lovely and breakfast was amazing but the best was Kamal and all his staff who were so friendly and helpful. There is also a beautiful cat! I loved my stay here,

    Ottima posizione, staff molto gentile e accogliente. Ci hanno permesso il check in molto prima dell'orario previsto, consentendoci di riposare dopo un a notte di viaggio alle spalle, lo abbiamo apprezzato davvero molto Parlano molto bene l'inglese per cui è stato facile la comunicazione.

    Our overall stay of two nights there was good. It is a nice family run hotel.

    The hotel is located inside the Kala Itchen, very close to the South gate of the fort. Breakfast was good, but I can not rate it exceptional. It is a nice, clean family run hotel. The owner/manager Mr |Kamal is a cooperative person. He provied us free pick up from the Khiva Railway station, and paid service to Urgench Airport on our return.

    Room window was too high to be opened.
