    I like it offered basic lodgings without feeling like your downgrading

    Mostly the lack if security without a second lock or chain to feel secure. I was a young woman sleeping in her own room and I didnt feel safe with just 1-2 locks.

    Noisy and uncomfortable, in a good location

    Good location

    Mattress was so old and saggy which made it so uncomfortable as there was no support. My partner and I weigh less than 100kg between us and you could see the indent of our bodies on the mattress when we got out of bed. There is also no soundproofing and the walls are super thin so you hear everything. Housekeeping staff were SO noisy from the early hours of the morning and constantly opened and allowed the screen doors of other rooms to slam shut repeatedly- no exaggeration, we would have heard doors open and slam shut over 100 times on the Saturday morning alone. Made it impossible to rest and just made you feel on edge from the moment you started your day. If you didn’t get your room serviced before 10am, it wouldn’t get serviced as they are only onsite before then. Also knocked on my elderly mother’s room to hurry her along 30 minutes before check out. Would spend extra money to stay elsewhere next time.
