    Sehr schön und gemütlich - wir kommen bestimmt wieder

    Für eine zwei Zimmer Wohnung echt super geräumig und gut geschnitten, Räume sind schön gestaltet und es sieht sehr wohnlich und gemütlich aus

    Das Sofa war zum schlafen etwas dünn gepolstert

    Für uns war es die schlechteste Wohnung, die wir seit 30 Jahren gebucht haben!

    Wirklich gefallen kann nur die gute Lage. Die Wohnung selbst müsste dringend renoviert werden, vor allem wenn Sie als "renovierte Innenenstadtwohnung" angepriesen wird. Aktuell ist sie in vielen Bereichen dringend renovierungsbedürftig.

    Dieses ist eine Airbnb Wohnung im 4. Stock. Wir fanden sie nicht gereinigt vor, überall lagen Staub und Haare. Die Wohnungseingangstür wies deutliche Einbruchspuren auf und wirkte eher befremdlich. Die Renovierung der Wohnung liegt offensichtlich schon länger zurück, abgerissene Plissees, defekte und nicht zu benutzende Ottomane, abgestoßene Fensterleibungen, schmutzige Heizkörper, eine unansehnliche Dusche. Das Treppenhaus wirkt wenig einladend, da auf jeder Etage Schuhe vor der Tür stehen. Parkplätze gibt es nicht! Der große Parkplatz am Ende der Straße ist ständig überfüllt, an der Straße ist das Parken für 4 Stunden möglich, wenn man überhaupt eine Lücke findet.

    Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist praktisch, bis zur Förde sind es 15 Min. zu Fuß. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist gut. In der Nähe befinden sich Cafés und Restaurants. In der hellen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung kann man sich wohlfühlen.

    Die Wohnung ist ein wenig hellhörig.
