They should hire a new manager/marketer.

I did not stay at the property

The place was available to book on booking.com, when I reserved, they sent me an email that I needed to have booked 2 days earlier for it to be available. They should not have it as available to book on booking.com

    It was superb

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotless, super comfortable, and had the best, most stable internet I’ve ever experienced at a BnB. Everything was just so cool and well thought out—truly a perfect spot for both relaxation and work. Highly recommend
