Staff was very helpful, they had a shuttle bus to the tran/bus station from where we took a bus to Kawaguchi Lake, which is approximately 1 hour away. The rooms were clean, I was alone in the Onsen most of the time, they have a great foot massage machine. The breakfast was also very fulfilling and tasty, typical Japanese.

もう行くことはないでしょう。
部屋は広々として、調度品なども工夫されているところは良い。
スタッフが大変少ないうえに、高齢者ばかり。部屋数はたくさんあるのに、人手がないために回っていない。稼働率がかなり低い。夜ご飯の時のアルバイトの女性は、ビールを頼んでも返事もせず、持ってきても何も言わずに、栓を開けることもなくテーブルに置いていった。
