Beautiful hotel on an amazing location. Gave it a 4 out of five as the Nesspresso machine had a crack in the carafe and leaked in my wife’s purse saturating it. The hotel’s response was underwhelming. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Somehow the scrambled eggs tasted and looked like gelatin. No place in the bathrooms to hang towels. Sliding glass doors to hang coats almost broke as the open safe got caught in the mirrored doors

The staff was so professional and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for access to town and national park entrance.
