    Exceptional

Pauline went above and beyond what we expected. Pauline was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much bother to her. Our accommodation was very comfortable and clean. I also had the great pleasure of meeting Poppy!! Who was just delightful.

    Good

Friendly and helpful a few things to improve on which I highlighted so overall good value for money

A little unclean like pots could do with a wash and a few rules to follow which I don't think was great as don't think this should happen when ur on holiday
