  ruined by serious privacy and security concerns, missing belongings, and unprofessional management

  I strongly dispute the property's response, which contains multiple inaccurate and misleading statements concerning the events that took place during my stay. I have documentary evidence, messages, payment records, and audio recordings that contradict several of the claims made by the property. I am prepared to provide this evidence to Booking.com for an impartial review. 1. The property's claims regarding outside decorators The property claims that outside decorators are not permitted without prior authorization and suggests that my decision to arrange birthday decorations independently was an unauthorized and exceptional arrangement. However, I have messages from the decorating company confirming that they have decorated at this same villa on multiple previous occasions. I also have a recording of the housemaid confirming that the company has visited and worked at the property many times. This evidence raises serious questions about the accuracy and completeness of the property's account. I ask Booking.com to consider this evidence when assessing the property's claims regarding its knowledge of, and practices concerning, this decorating company. 2. Unauthorized re-entry on the second day and the serious privacy and security concerns My primary concern is not simply that the decorators were initially permitted to enter the property to carry out the birthday decorations. It is that their initial access did not constitute blanket permission for them to return whenever they wished. The distinction is fundamental. Permission for an arrangement on the first day does not automatically authorize further entry on the second day, particularly without informing me or obtaining my approval. I was staying at the villa with my guests, and the entry of outside individuals without our knowledge or consent raised serious concerns about our privacy, personal security, and the property's handling of access to the premises.

  The property has attempted to frame this matter as a private disagreement between me and the decorating company. That characterization overlooks the separate and very serious question of how the individuals were able to regain access to the property without my knowledge. I expect a villa entrusted with the accommodation and security of its guests to take these concerns seriously. 3. The reservation manager's conduct The property strongly rejects my account of the reservation manager's behaviour. However, I have a recording of our conversation that I believe directly contradicts the property's characterization of the interaction. The recording captures the conversation and provides an opportunity to assess the manner in which both parties communicated, including interruptions and the tone used during the discussion. I also have a separate recording of my conversation with the house manager. That conversation was calm and respectful on both sides. I believe it provides important context and demonstrates that I was capable of communicating constructively while trying to address my concerns. I ask Booking.com to assess these recordings objectively rather than accepting the property's characterization of me as aggressive or disrespectful without examining the available evidence. 4. The allegations concerning payment for the decorations The property's statement that I refused to pay the decorating company and that this was the reason for the removal of decorations is inaccurate. I have payment evidence that I will provide to Booking.com. I also have evidence from the decorating company concerning the items involved in the incident, which I ask Booking.com to consider alongside the property's denial that any of my belongings were taken. These are factual matters that should be determined by examining the relevant messages and payment records, not by accepting one party's allegations without verification.

  Great stay for a week

  The Kilua Villa is a great place to stay for a smaller group of people. We were 7 people, with 4 similar bedrooms including own bathrooms, the beds have mosquito nets and the rooms are equipped with AC. The team onsite is super helpful, kind, trying their utmost to get everything prepared in the early morning hours and when it comes to breakfast, the chefs are coming to the Villa preparing eggs etc. Lunch and Dinner are really great and worth the money spend. Delicious and a big variety. We ordered traditional dishes for dinner as well as seafood, lobster, the most delicious beef and so on. Cooking on your own at the villa is limited too but possible. However, you need an own rental car as the Villa is a bit remotely located and not many options for eating out are limited nearby. The pool is a blast and the view is stunning. Beaches are within a 10 min walk distance and at low tide accessible via a walk on the shore.

  Die Villa Kilua ist perfekt für Menschen, die Ruhe und Komfort schätzen, ein wahres Paradies!!

  Die Villa war großartig! Die Lage ist wunderschön mit unverbautem Blick auf´s Meer. Es gibt eine Stiege, die zum Meer hinabführt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Man kommt von jedem Zimmer direkt auf den Patio/Terrassenbereich mit Pool und hat auch von jedem Zimmer einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer! Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und frisch beduftet - sehr komfortabel, wenn man nach einem langen, erlebnisreichen Tag in ein duftendes Zimmer zurückkehrt! Das Frühstück und auf Wunsch auch das Abendessen und Mittagessen (extra zu bezahlen, aber absolut wert!!) wurden täglich frisch von den Köch:innen in der Villa zubereitet. Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen. Rundherum gibt es so gut wie nichts!! Herrlich!! Man fühlt sich trotzdem sehr sicher, da sie rund um die Uhr bewacht wird! Es wird auch der Pool und Terrassenbereich, sowie die Küche täglich gereinigt. Fahrtendienst ist unkompliziert zu bestellen!

  Un séjour idyllique dans une villa éblouissante

  Villa spectaculaire dans un cadre éblouissant seul petit inconvénient villa isolée nécessitant un véhicule pour visiter les alentours une équipe parfaite coordonnée par Ali qui organise les différentes sorties et visites la présence d'un groupe permet de pallier les coupures d'électricité habituelles dans le pays le Wifi fonctionne très bien ce qui n'est pas toujours évident dans une zone isolée d'un pays africain

  le carrelage de la piscine se dégrade et nécessite une petite évasion, ce qui n'a jamais empêché l'usage permanent de la somptueuse piscine (35m de long) parfaitement entretenue par le personnel de la villa
