Teleurstellend.
Niets
Het was totaal niet zoals op de foto’s op Booking.com. We zijn ook direct weer weg gegaan en hebben iets anders geboekt. Het was klein en vies. Locatie in een grote sfeerloze flat. Gemeld bij beheerder maar wilde er niets mee doen helaas. De enige keer in Vietnam dat verblijf teleurstellend was!

El trato.fue pésimo. Hice una eeserva NO REEMBOLSABLE, y cuando llegó me dicen que están llenos, y que como no les envié un deposito, que no estaba explícito en su política de cancelacion, pues que ya estaban llenos. O sea, que hicieron overbooking y en vez de hacerse cargo, me echan la culpa a mi con mi reserva activa, que sigui activa toda la tarde hasta las 11 de la noche. Con la reserva activa me denegaron la entrada. Tal cual!!!! He hecho denuncia formal a las autoridades. Es inadmisible. Me dejaron tirada en la calle con un niño y en plena tormenta. La peor experiencia en Vietnam, donde todos son súper amables. Tuve que buscarme otro alojamiento. Decir tambien que estuvimos dando vueltas 2 horas porque la direccion esta mal. El taxista no pudo encontrarla y es que el edificio no esta marcado con insistiera una simple señal, del nombre del apartahotel. En las fotos se ve la recepción con un nombre absolutamente diferente al que publican en Booking. Terrorifico!!!!
