    A Tip-Top Experience

    Loved the view, the large living and dining area, the single level layout, and the 3 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms! Location was fab too!

    The slope of the unit's carpark may be a bit challenging for some, but from what I observe of hillside houses in NZ, they all have some pretty inclined car park ingress and egress, and this one at Kim3 is already a "milder" slope! Hey, I feel this is just another unique thing to experience for us flat-landed people and driving enthusiasts!

    Beautiful location with easy access to local venues. Enjoyed sitting in LR and dining area with coffee in the morning

    Beautiful location with easy access. Beds comfortable and heating available in each room allowed the guests to adjust to their needs. Spacious seating with nice views

    Garage for parking a bit nerve racking. Had a passenger check the street before we pulled out. Hallway light not working- bulb out?

    The accommodation was excellent for our group of 3 couples. We had planned on going out for a couple of dinners but the view from the deck was so beautiful that we couldn't bare not taking advantage of the facilities. We ate in the entire stay.

    Views were amazing. House was clean and tidy. Location was awesome
