    This Kimpton is not up to the brand standards.

    They allow dogs.

    They have only 3 luggage carts for the hotel and for the apartments above the hotel (which they apparently don't return) so there were no carts available upon arrival and departure. The room below me was having a live jam session at 2am. The hotel said that they were able to continue. There's so much more, but I'll stop here, unlike the band...
