    Location

    Lifts took forever, and rooms weren’t noice proof. Heard people returning in the middle of the night, very loud and doors slamming. I booked 2 rooms back in March and asked for them to be next to each other however they couldn’t do it, a bit disappointing.

    Not worth the expense.

    Relatively close to what we needed to do.

    Street festival caused multiple road closures near property, no communication shared about where to go to access parking/valet or even the hotel lobby. Check in personnel less than friendly. 4 elevators and it takes 10 minutes to get to your floor. Automated text messages start at 7AM the morning of check out... which is at 11am.

    Very nice place to stay!

    It’s very nice! Vintage updated! The check front counter is on the 24th floor! Neat! I loved our room! AC work excellently! It was walking distance to where we wanted to go and we enjoyed Jake’s Burgers on the corner! 2thumbs up!! 👍🏻👍🏻

    I liked it all!
