    Such Ana mazing place. Might be the best 4-star hotel I’ve stayed at. Only downside was that service was a bit slow

    Not worth the money, service lacking, fire alarms going off and no refund.

    Very nice rooms, overall very pretty property.

    Honestly the service was lacking the entire time. First; we checked in and were told our room we booked was not available. Okay.. but they said they’d bring a microwave which we needed since we had kids. They did not bring it for over two hours at dinner time even with 3 calls placed to them to ask for one. Then, no one cleaned our room with a sign up. And next, we had a fire alarm go off (confirmed for no reason) TWO of the three nights of our stay. We stayed in one of the most expensive suites and this was the experience not one but two of the nights (mind you it terrified our small kids who were promised it wouldn’t happen again..) and lastly, our service at the coffee area/indoor bar and restaurant were both VERY LACKING! It was like no one cared at all. The barista man was seemingly annoyed of having to work. Overall just a beautiful property, but with horrible service and staff. Except Derrick who was wonderful. They refunded us only a little bit for our stay- instead of full refund for at least the second night of fire alarms going off. Very disappointing overall for a big birthday with family.

    Will be back! Loved it!

    The pool bar area was so big and comfortable, the food was amazing and the staff were incredible!
