Will not be back, I can stay in a cheaper hotel just as nice with no extra “rich people” fee
The property was a great location and very clean.
However, we were told breakfast was included which is not true. Breakfast was overpriced and the service was almost nonexistent - we waited forever for everything. We were double charged for the room and when I called nobody seemed to care and extra $500 was missing from my account that would take days to return. Additionally, they charge a surprise $25 amenities fee for the bikes, pool, and gym - none of which we even used but maybe we would have if we’d known we’d be charged for it regardless. Overall, disappointed in the lack of communication of extra costs.

Lovely hotel and staff
Spacious rooms, helpful staff, 5pm social drink and free bottled water.
The location wasn’t in the best area, didn’t feel too safe walking around near by at night.

Great hotel but could be a little quieter
I've stayed in many hotels globally and this ranks among one of my favorites. Ryan at the front desk truly understands the meaning of service and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His level of hospitality was not equally resonated among his peers but overall everyone was accommodating. The room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The restaurant has some of the best breakfast items we have had in a very long time with attentive wait staff. My only negatives about this hotel would be the noise level being located next to a night club which is open on Thursday through Sunday and the high parking prices. Thank you Ryan for elevating our experience and making us feel like valued customers.
