    HORRIBLE guest service

    i came at my check in time, 4 pm, and the room wasn’t ready until 5 pm. ridiculous. they told us there was nothing they could do and offered zero help. the check out time is 11 am so they had well over 5 hours to clean the room knowing guests were checking in at 5. they also gifted the couple in front of us a gift bag, and didn’t offer one to us, honestly felt like they were doing it on purpose since we mentioned the room not being ready. guest service wasn’t helpful, they told us they had 82 other rooms to clean when we mentioned that ours wasn’t clean yet, the manager didn’t help either. honestly i wouldn’t recommend room isn’t that clean, especially after they had 6 hours to clean it. Joe was spectacular though, i’ve never met someone as kind as him.

    Very good breakfast, but overly expensive, compared to local restaurants; room was quiet, but unfortunately with no view

    AC fan was either full blast or off, bathroom was too cramped
