Value boutique hotel
Boutique Hotel in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. Surrounded by restaurants, clubs, shops and beautiful beaches. Exceptional staff.
Rooms were not sound proof. Very noisy at night (The hotel provided ear plugs). The room was tight. Bathroom was small. Wifi was hit or miss. TV signal worked on occasion and was very small. Beds and mattress were old and uncomfortable. Rooms need to be updated.

Very nice and comfortable. Close to everything and affordable.
Clean room. A/c worked well. Nice pool and friendly staff.
No potable water in the rooms and the water kettle didn’t work. There should at least be a place to fill water bottles in the lobby or something.
