    DO YOUR RESEARCH. . .

    It was a good size house. I really liked the tub in the master bath. The mattress in the master bedroom was soft, so that was god. Though the nightstand on the side i slept on, the USB charger outlets did not work.

    Where to begin. As soon as I get there, it was as hot in the house as it was outside. I felt like I was going to pass out because I had never seen a thermostat like that before. I kept tapping the screen, with no results. It seems they had the thing set to just a few degrees difference from the outside temp because almost every night I would wake up perspiring, with a heat headache and the thermostat was anywhere between 77 and 82. Who in their right mind can sleep comfortably in those temperatures? Also, control issues much? I may as well have been outside. Of course once I changed the temp yet again, I had a difficult time going back to sleep. I was there on vacation for Elvis week so not getting sleep did not make for a relaxing vacation. Also, I guess because they figured I was the only one there, they left me ONE FORK. So, the days I would be there for 2 or 3 meals in one day, since I enjoy cooking and baking, I was supposed to wash the fork to reuse it? I don't think so. I had to buy forks, pots and pans to cook with, a knife to cut my meat and vegetables, a can opener, dish towels, pot holders, hand soap, and detergent and dryer sheets, just to name a few. Not to mention the fact that 2 days before I checked out, a realtor was meeting with a family to check out the house to purchase. If I had gotten back to the house 5 minutes later, there would have been a bunch of people in the house with ALL of my personal belongings. I did not feel welcome in that house at all.

    The location of the home, how spacious it is, the decor was very Modern, the home has beautiful high ceilings n windows to bring in the natural light.

    There were ants coming from the back door when we arrived. I informed Fabrice, he informed me the door was recently replaced and he did not hesitate to my concern. Fabrice came to the property the next day and took care of the ants. I really appreciated him for that.
