    Fine. Probably once a hotel with grandeur that now feels a little bit tired. Pleasant, but not luxury amenities or servi

    Nice pool area. Comfortable robes

    Staff was not knowledgeable, not service oriented, except for housekeeping and breakfast buffet staff. I paid a lot and reserved a king bed which they couldn’t guarantee, so my husband and I slept on twin beds that came apart. Room service says 24 hours, but excuses as to why they cant serve this or that and no hot food after 9:00. Front desk seems annoyed to have to help guests with requests.
