    שירות, אוכל טעים , מיקום וחדרים גדולים

    היה חסר לי מים חמים בבריכה לדעתי כל האורחים שהיו לא נכנסו לבריכה שווה לשדרג את הכרטיסי גישה לחדר 3 פעמים הכרטיס לא עבד והיתי צריך ללכת לקבלה שיסדרו

    Great hotel!

    The staff was nice The food was great There was a lot of spaces in the common area The spa was very nice

    Excellent

    Modern, clean adults only and the staff were amazing!!! Special thanks to Kira and Marie on the front desk, they went above and beyond. The spa was outstanding, I ended up have two massages. Very welcoming to LGBTQ+ couples. Can’t fault.

    I would have liked another option for draft beer.

    The staff are caring, extremely well trained and led by Maria Ainslie, a hospitality star.

    Everything was really excellent and I rarely use that term.

    I could not find a single fault.

    הגענו לחגוג זוגיות של שלוש שנים, אני והבן זוג :) קיבלנו חדר סטודיו משודרג עם נוף לבריכה והוא היה חדר מהמם, מרווח, נקי. דאגו לנו לפינוקים! מלון גדול, כמה בריכות, מלא מקומות ישיבה עם מיטות נוחות. רוב אורחי המלון היו בגיל מבוגר, זה נתן שקט טוב, לא שומעים את החדרים ליד וכולם מאוד מנומסים. צוות המלון היה מאוד שירותי, כולם נחמדים ומקצועיים. ארוחת בוקר תמיד הייתה עשירה במבחר, קלאסי, טעים, טרי, הכל מהכל. הקפה היה טעים מאוד. זכינו לאכול גם שתי ארוחות ערב, היה טעים ברמות, באמת מושקע ומרגיש שהייתה מחשבה מאחורי כל מנה. בזמן הארוחות קיבלנו שירות ברמה גבוהה מכל הצוות, כולם מאוד חייכנים, זריזים. כל דבר שביקשנו קיבלנו מהר, בדיוק לפי הבקשה ותמיד התעניינו אם חסר משהו. במיוחד היינו רוצים להודות לעובדת בשם Maia שמאוד נהננו מהשירות האישי שלה והיא דאגה לנו לכל דבר והיא בכללי הייתה מקסימה ממש. יש שאטלים קבועים לכמה נקודות בעיר אבל הכל היה קרוב בשבילנו, הלכנו ברגל. מיקום טוב. יש מכולת ביתית מול המלון שפתוחה רוב היום. ספא חמוד, עיסוי מקצועי. תודה רבה לכם על החופשה, אתם רמה גבוהה!

    המים בבריכות היו קרים מדי, הייתה חסרה לנו אחת מחוממת.
