  L’hôtel est moderne, très joli et parfaitement équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Nous avons également eu la chance de bénéficier d’un surclassement avec piscine privée. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent et propose une grande variété de plats. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour !

  היה לנו נפלא

  מיקום מדהים , שרות נפלא , אוכל מצויין . חדרים טובים . חבל רק שהג׳קוזי בחוץ הצבע יורד מימנו לא נקי ולצערי לא היה נעים .

  הג׳קובי בחדר לא היה נקי , הספא היה לא ראוי לכזה מלון לא הרגשנו צורך ללכת אליו .

  Unfortunately, I wouldn’t give this hotel 5 stars. There were quite a few things that disappointed us during our stay. First, the minibar in our room wasn’t working, so someone had to come and replace it with a new one. The biggest disappointment was the all-inclusive food at the bar. Unfortunately, the quality was not very good, and when certain food ran out, it was not replaced. For example, when we came to the bar around 2–3 PM, there was very little left to eat, and some of the food, including the cabbage salad, no longer looked fresh. There were also very hard pastries that were difficult to eat. Since we paid for an all-inclusive package, I would expect fresh and decent food to be available throughout the day. Not everyone is sitting at the bar from 10 AM waiting for fresh food to be brought out. If you come at 2 or 3 PM, there should still be proper food available. Another major issue for us was that the all-inclusive food ended at 9 PM. After that, there was nothing to eat except peanuts at the bar. So, if we were hungry around 11 PM, there was literally nothing available for us to eat unless we paid extra for other options. This was very disappointing. In other all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at, there was always something available to eat 24/7, even if it was just a small snack or a late-night food option. The other food options at the bar cost extra, which also made the all-inclusive package feel less worthwhile. On the positive side, we had a very good experience at one of the hotel’s restaurants that was included in our package. The food there was delicious, and we really enjoyed the experience. We also really liked the music in the evening around the bar area. It created a nice atmosphere and was definitely one of the things we enjoyed during our stay. The air conditioning in the room worked, but sometimes it wasn’t cold enough at night and we found ourselves feeling too warm while sleeping.
