    A great,spacious flat perfectly situated in a quiet part of Cambridge,with the centre just a 5 minute walk away across the park and shops a few minutes away. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. The flat was warm,clean and had good facilities.We loved our stay here and would definitely come again.

    Nachtruhe Fehlanzeige: Straße und Nachbarn sind omnipräsent

    Gute Lage, direkt am Park und nahe der Innenstadt gelegen. Wohnungsausstattung ok.

    Der Lärm! Zum einen durch die angrenzende, viel befahrene Straße vor dem Wohnzimmer. Obwohl in der Beschreibung des Schlafzimmers von einem Fenster auf eine ruhige Seitenstraße die Rede ist - in der Realität ist man auch dort mit massivem Straßenlärm konfrontiert. Zum anderen, weil direkt über der Wohnung eine zweite, ebenfalls den Vermietern gehörende Wohneinheit ist. Durch die alte Substanz des Gebäudes hört man wirklich JEDEN Schritt der Nachbarn im Obergeschoss. Ich hatte das Pech, nachtaktive Nachbarn zu haben, die jeweils bis 1 Uhr Früh rumgelaufen sind. Schlafen wird dadurch unmöglich, man wird regelmäßig aus dem Schlaf gerissen durch dumpfe, lauter Geräusche..

    Belle vue sur le parc ; appartement à recommander, propre et fonctionnel, à proximité immédiate du centre et des commodités, excellent pub pas loin : The Free Press.
