    So much potential

    The price

    Our feet were black from walking barefoot around the studio. Lots of dust bunnies behind the bed. There was a used towel tucked in the hideaway bed. We could hear everything that went on in the laundry room including a dog whining until at least midnight. There was a kitchen setup but no microwave or any way to heat up food.

    Highly recommend you stay elsewhere.

    Nothing, as we were unable to locate it. Found the house but not the studio we rented. Property was dark and we did not feel safe walking around looking for studio. Owner did not respond to email, phone (VM full), or text.

    I didn’t like that the owner did not provide the door code until 4+ hours after the rental started and two days after my credit card was charged. I told the owner we would arrive by 10:30 pm. We arrived at 10:15 pm. I did not like being unable to find the unit. Property was dark. No lighting on pathways or in doorways. I did not like the owner’s non-responsiveness to email, phone (VM full), or text. Had to call booking.com and they required 45 minute wait to reach owner. Owner finally called and was hostile. I did not like being forced to find alternate housing after 11 pm that accepted pets and had a full refrigerator. Booking.com provided options in Dallas TX when we needed lodging in St Petersburg FL. Not helpful.
