    Calidad precio bien . La ubicación lo mejor.

    La ubicación. Está bien comunicado. La calidad -precio está bien. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien.

    El candado donde está metida la llave ha de cambiarlo. Cuesta abrirlo. La vecina nos dijo que le había pasado a más gente. El baño se echarca. Sólo tiene ventanas en el salón donde está el sofá cama que dan a un patio de vecinos. El sofa cama está gastado y debería cambiarse el colchón, no es cómodo. Todo esto son observaciones para una futura mejora. En general está bien por el precio está bien.

    Appartamento con finestre alte tipiche del luogo. Abbiamo soggiornato dal 6 al 12 agosto e non è stato necessario accendere il climatizzatore se non il primo giorno quando siamo arrivati. Essendo posizionato all'interno di un cortile condominiale, i rumori che possono provenire dalla strada non si sentono per niente. Il condominio in cui è inserito l'appartamento è molto silenzioso. Il wi-fi è gratuito. La posizione è vicina alle fermate degli autobus e alla metro M1 che si trova non molto lontano nel viale Andrassy che è il viale più famoso ed elegante di Budapest. A pochi passi dall'appartamento si trovano supermercati, pizzeria italiana (consiglio di andarci), posti dove fare colazione e/o mangiare senza spendere una fortuna. Per chi come me è abituato ad avere le finestre nei bagni, storcerà un po' il naso quando entrerà per la prima volta nel bagno privo di finestre, ma già dalla seconda volta in poi ci si abitua facilmente.

    Хорошее расположение, в квартире все есть для проживания. Кондиционер. Достаточно удобные кровати.

    У всех 4 дверей, включая входную, ручки или сломаны или плохо работают. Бытовой химии мало, готовтесь докупать.
