    We had amazing service especially in the restaurant your staff are a credit to the resort.

    Clean and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings. Air con in bedrooms a big bonus.

    Noise carried badly when a loud family checked in late. But the on duty staff came as soon as we called when the noise had lasted over 2hrs.

    Was an amazing family stay and the dune restaurant was amazing

    Was very clean relaxing and tidy.

    The bath was quite low to get in and out, but other than that I couldn’t fault it. Great little vase for my family

    Pool was great , light show really cool lots of activities on each day. The car hire company was also excellent as we hired a car for 2 of the 5 days we were there and had a tire blow out on the beach which damaged the car. They were amazing and tried to do as many repairs as they could themselves so that it wasn’t a huge cost for us.

    Our room was at the top of a VERY steep hill which was not communicated to us in booking. We did not have a car most days so we were walking up and down hill multiple times a day. There is also no wifi in rooms. They told us that it says that on their website but I didn’t see it anywhere when booking. There’s no alternative either, we have a special needs daughter who regulates with tech so that made it difficult. The hill was also quite problematic for our daughter as well.

    I would come back but be more aware of cost for room

    I loved the layout, the facility offerings

    The dynamic pricing meant I ended up paying too much for a room the was not the standard I expected
