Asunto oli viihtyisä ja tilava. Sängyt olivat hyvät ja alue rauhallinen. Kaikki tarvittava on kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä ja ratikalla pääsee liikkumaan sujuvasti.
Huoneiston kunnossa ja siisteydessä alkaa vähän näkyä vuokrauskäyttö. Lähes kaikki hanat olivat löysällä ja perusteellisempi siivous ja esim. mattojen pesu alkaisi olla paikallaan. Kaksi käsipyyhettä 5 hengelle 5 päiväksi oli myös aika vähän. Parveke oli osin peitetty mustalla muovilla. Ilmastointilaitteet sijaitsevat olohuoneessa ja yhdessä makuuhuoneessa, joten muiden kahden makuuhuoneen ovia ei voi pitää kiinni, jos tarvitsee viilennystä. Huoneiston säännöissä oli määritelty desibelirajat, jotka käytännössä tarkoittaisivat sitä, että huoneistossa ei edes päivällä saa puhua normaalilla puheäänellä ja yöllä raja ylittyy asunnon taustaäänistä (ilmastointi, jääkaappi), joten oletan, että sääntöjen laatija ei tunne desibeliasteikkoa.

Großzügige, sehr gut gelegene und praktische Wohnung für einen erlebnisreichen Aufenthalt in Krakau
Wunderbare Lage. Gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern.
Hier und da sind kleine Reperaturen an Mobiliar und Badeinrichtung überfällig. Die Terasse war wegen ausliegender Baufolie leider nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar.
