Die Lage ist Top und auch das Zelt war ok.
Die Sanitäranlagen waren sehr ungepflegt und bei den Frauen funktionierte das Licht nicht. Das Personal war nicht sehr entgegenkommend. Wir kamen 15min. zu spät zum Frühstück,da wir um 5h schon im Kings Canyon gewandert sind und bekamen nicht einmal einen Kaffee, geschweigedenn etwas zu essen ,das Buffet sei komplett abgeräumt. 10 Min.später wurde eine ganze Busgesellschaft verpflegt...Wir bekamen nichts, obwohl wir gezahlt hatten. Den Kaffee mussten wir dann teuer kaufen. Anschließend erfuhren wir,dass wir am Abend vorher ein Lunchpaket mitbekommen hätten,wenn wir gefragt hätten...Ja woher soll man das wissen.

Our glamping tents were comfy, secure + very quiet at night; exactly what we wanted. Friendly staff!
We loved the location, the property itself, the friendly staff, + how quiet it was at night, even though the glamping tents were close together. The section we stayed in only accommodated 2 people per dwelling, which meant that we weren't bothered by children or loud families; this made a huge positive difference to the experience! The food from the kiosk/cafe was great; we're a vegetarian + a coeliac, + were stoked to find that we could both enjoy meals from the Station. The ability to look out from our tent across a paddock of happy camels to the incredible Watarrka area was super special. This is a gem of a place; thank you for having us stay there.
It would've been great to have the large back tent windows open at night, to watch all the stars + for more fresh airflow. They were tied shut with metal zip ties, which was a bit strange. I would've loved the coffee machine to be on for longer in the arvo/eve but once I knew it was turned off 'early', on the following days I just ordered a couple of large coffees in the arvo + kept the 2nd one for the evenings. Apart from that, it was a brilliant place to stay + I'll definitely be staying here again on my way to + from work in remote communities. Thank you!
