    The location is amazing and the apartment was a nice size for two people. They have spent on decent brand appliances and the kitchen and bathroom were quite modern though felt unfinished.

    The apartment could do with a bit of a spruce up, there are marks on the walls and the bathroom wasn't particularly clean around the shower window sill area. Also we had a few issues with the electrics tripping out when the oven was on but it wouldn't take much to have made this a much higher score. The appliances are decent brands but for the price we would expect slightly higher standards In other areas, cables all over the place and lots of fittings are uneven and there was mould in the bathroom.

    Super close to King's Cross station, which makes travel in London extremely easy. There is a laundry washer, which also helps a lot for our trip, although only a rack is available (we are pretty used to it). The guide before you arrive is also very detailed so that you won't get anything wrong. Tesco Express is also nearby, so you will be able to buy something in a 3-minute walk.

    We booked for four adults, but the sofa bed is not that comfy. And the air mattress was not clean, with dust and mold. Maybe you can remind the owner before you arrive, we were just too lazy to complain. I'm sure they will handle it. There might be people drunk outside at midnight if you don't mind the sound (still comparingly safe place to stay).

    Close to kings cross station, various restaurants and supermarkets at walking distance , well equipped kitchen

    Talking and shouting from bars and tenants of neighborhood b&b until midnight, noise by garbage trucks at morning . Not good for light sleepers . No air conditioning at summer.
