    Excellent stay! Definitely would recommend to those staying at Caloundra

    Extremely close to the beach! Literally right on the water. Close to the tavern, convenience store, and nearby coffee shops. Place was clean and extremely updated, and tidy.

    The hardest criticism is better pillows in the bedrooms, but that’s being nitpicky.

    The apartment is spacious and perfectly located right across from the beach and the Kings Beach Surf Club. There's a fantastic coffee shop downstairs and a laid-back pizza restaurant. It’s just a short stroll to the Kings Beach Tavern. The view from the balcony is stunning, and all the modern conveniences in the apartment were greatly appreciated.

    The only downside was that the ensuite in the main bedroom lacked an exhaust fan. One day it rained nonstop, and the combination of rain and humidity led to heavy condensation on the windows. Even with the windows open during showers, it didn’t help much.

    The weather (a heat wave) meant little sea breeze so that was a disappointing aspect.

    Deck furniture at big risk in a storm. Needed to be tied down by occupants. No rope provided.

    Stunning view!

    Absolutely stunning view! Variety of restaurants, surf club and hotel, corner store and great coffee within walking distance. Unit comfortably housed our 5 guests
