    Gutes, großzügiges, zentrales Appartement mit leichten Einschränkungen

    Großzügiges Appartement (ehemalige Büroetage), zentral gelegen, direkt in der City und in direkter Nähe zum großzügigen Park, fast alle Betten sehr komfortabel, gut ausgestattete Küche und Geschirrspüler, guter Gastgeberkontakt

    Die Sauberkeit war ingesamt gut bzw. nach einer Nachreinigung waren auch die Bäder & Duschvorhänge in Ordnung. Es ist alles in Ordnung ingesamt, wir sind eher pingelig und man merkt halt die häufige Vermietung (der Teppich im Wohnzimmer ist recht schmutzig), die Abflüsse & (innen-)Fenster & Lampenschirme (Fliegen) gehören gereinigt (da sind die aber dran). Wir sind leichte Schläfer, da haben die Altglascontainer im Hof (die leider auch nachts benutzt werden) und die Abluftanlage gesört, man kann aber auf die andere Seite hin lüften. Also, wer ein großzügiges Appartement sucht und nicht so pingelig ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

    Soggiorno per famiglia numerosa

    Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Copenaghen in 8 persone, inclusi bambini, e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Gli spazi sono ampi, ben organizzati e curati nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile hygge, che ha reso l’atmosfera ancora più accogliente. La presenza di due bagni è stata fondamentale per il nostro gruppo e ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno molto comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la qualità generale della casa: materiali ottimi, letti confortevoli, un ascensore perfettamente funzionante e un ambiente molto silenzioso e rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è sicuramente la gentilezza e disponibilità dei gestori, che durante il soggiorno si sono premurati di verificare se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Check-in semplice e senza complicazioni e posizione davvero ideale per visitare la città.

    L’unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile, a nostro avviso, riguarda il bagno: facendo la doccia si tende ad allagare un po’ tutto lo spazio, poiché non c’è un box ma solo una tenda. Nulla di grave, ma sarebbe un dettaglio da rivedere. Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto: lo consiglieremmo senza esitazione e ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

    Excellent Property for a family stay.

    Property Location ; Size of the property ; comfort at the property. Ideal for a large family stay.

    1.The Lift at the apartment / building is not upto the mark. there were glitches in the door closure at the ground level. 2.Google Maps guidance in locating the property is little confusing ( it takes you to the Opposite Building ). 3. Communication on Booking & Access is only thro email . ( It is more convenient - Whatsapp is to be included ). 4. Waitime on call for assistance with the call facility is little longer.

    Loved Copenhagen and would definitely stay here again

    Self catering but plenty of shops and cafes nearby. Great central location

    Some neighbours at the back of the property had an all night party Saturday night and the music was literally blasting until 8am Sunday morning.
