    Spacious room. I liked having separate sinks in the bathroom and in the living room. It’s a bit far from the falls if you walk, but a WEGO bus stop is nearby.

    Noise from the street. It was loud even with earplugs.

    Good hotel for visiting Niagara and at a very good price.

    Good location for Niagara Falls - it was a 15 minute walk which we found very manageable. There was plenty of parking and we were allowed to park there when we arrived and until 4pm on the day we checked out. As others have said, the rooms do feel a little dated but they were very clean with comfortable beds and good showers. For a short stay to visit Niagara they were absolutely fine. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay there again if visiting Niagara.

    The motel is great but Niagara Falls leaves a lot to be desired. Too wild and noisy.

    Nice room and humorous nice gentleman at the desk. Close to stores just up the road.

    There was a drag racer with a loud muffler on Stanley St. going up and down from midnight until 2:38 am until the police came. The police just chirped their siren thankfully and stopped the jerk but kept me awake for those hours.
