    Quite dissappinted

    The linens was clean and beds ok but quite firm

    When I booked almost a year ago I requested a downstairs unit because for us older people with health issues taking luggage up and down stairs is both difficult and painful. But on arrival, we were given an upstairs unit.. we were not happy about that. The Air con unit didnt work. The manager tried to fix it but that failed. When I asked the manager for help about this and a few other things he was very abrupt and not very interested. I found numerous long black hairs both in the bathroom and on my bed. No hand towels were in our unit

    Nice clean and comfortable room. Very close to the hospital which we needed and close to Kings Park. Would stay there again
