We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely house.
This was a lovely house, very well equipped kitchen and added extras of beach essentials and games. Decor was really nice and the garden was perfect.
The mattress’s were a little uncomfortable but no where is quite like your own bed ! The location is very handy for everything but take ear plugs as on main route in/out of Newquay.

Great location but noisy
Great that the property was so close to town and the layout of the house over 3 floors was also really good. The house was well equipped and had a lovely private garden at the back that wasn’t overlooked.
The property could do with some TLC, obviously as a constant rental there’s not much time on changeover day but we had to clean out the shower drains as the water wouldn’t run down, there were some marks on the walls that could be easily rectified and the settee had a large stain on it. However, not the fault of the property but please be aware that the main road & roundabout at the side of the property is extremely loud and especially during the warm weather when you need to open the window -it was literally ridiculous and although the property book mentions there are earplugs provided, they were not.

Really enjoyed our stay in Newquay and the accommodation was very good.
Good location. Clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds.
It’s on a noisy road. It didn’t bother too much though.
