    The quality of the room did not validate the cost. Also, the resort fee is a bit ridiculous.

    That’s was on the water and a restaurant was on site

    The website was misleading to me. Our room was very dated and had an old smell. When I booked it led me to believe my room was waterfront, but it was several blocks away.

    Nice resort, lovely views, good food and comfortable rooms.

    The grounds were lovely and especially if you were a golfer. We were there for a wedding and got there the day before. The sunset was beautiful there. Our hotel room was quiet, well equipped, clean and had a patio with a view over the water.

    The cost per night was a little pricey and they charged 3 percent extra for using your credit card. We never encountered that unless it was a small business. If you stay in an expensive resort, it should have been built into your nightly rate.

    Another Successful Family Vacation

    As always we enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at Kings Mill Resort in Virginia. The drive to and from was easy with trip advisor and the Resort was amazingly refreshing in August. The shaded pathways to walk/run on, the amenities to utilize, the Mill to refresh at anytime of the day; are all amazing. Take you family...there is something for everyone.

    We loved it ! Condo was absolutely beautiful. Coffee shop was so adorable. Staff was helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back !! Miss it already
