Looks good but attention to practical and safety issues need to be addressed
The location. However it would have been helpful to have a more detailed description of the outside and entrance arrangements.
The doorway and staircase were messy and covered with woodshavings from work being done in, presumably, another apartment. The bathroom looked nice but the shower was very slippery and unsafe with no rail to assist entry and exit. There were only 2 cereal bowls, 4 large size plates, and 5 mugs. There was a very decorative dinner and tea set with gravy boat, tureens etc. but the normal everyday white crockery had obviously never been checked to ensure the correct number of items for the number of guests. It meant washing up rather than using the dishwasher and waiting to use cereal bowls at breakfast. The clear glass coffee table was also a safety hazard for us. There were 3 guests in their seventies and one person tripped and fell over the table twice and the other two each had a tripping incident.

Good location, clean flat with large bedrooms and comfy beds.
The flat is in a really good location, very close to the main square and to Bishop Auckland Palace. Within walking distance of Kynren. Large bedrooms with comfy beds.
There are 2 key boxes, it would have been useful to know which box to use and which buttons to press to open and close the gate. I was suppose to receive a photo but didn't. Could do with a few more cereal bowls and glasses, particularly if 5 people are staying. On our leaving day, some people turned up to jet wash the parking area. This meant that we had to move our car at around 8am before we had packed up. Luckily there is a car park opposite, but if this had been full it would have been very inconvenient to take everything back to the car. This probably doesn't happen very often though.
