    Made the best of it. But definitely wouldn’t return as facility’s were awful.

    To be honest we was very exited to come to this place for my partners birthday. Upon arrival we was disappointed but tried to make the best of it.

    Firstly, cleanliness was not up to scratch, fag nips on the steps on the way up to the roof top bar, we are not smokers and we didn’t appreciate it as we spotted them straight away so we couldn’t see how they was left. Secondly, hot tub was fine when we opened no smell but the next morning we when to go in and the smell of the water was horrendous like swamp water and we couldn’t believe we had been in there the night before and was worried. When I when to shower before heading into the hot tub the shower/urinal area smelled of urine. Bedding did not smell clean or any sort of freshness to it and the bed was very uncomfortable my back hurt the next morning. Also the accessories you provide for guest to use was all broken from previous guests, this is the whole point of coming to your k kabin this shouldnt of been over looked. Even down to the robes they was very over used, fraying and again didn’t smell fresh. This place completely doesn’t pay up to expectations and as it my partners birthday we just tried our best to make the best of it. Disappointed and would highly recommend redoing things at your facility before allowing someone to spend this much money as it wasn’t cheap. Very disappointing.

    I'm impressed. Very satisfied.

    I'm very impressed with the amazing stay at hotel tub and very cosy stay. Me and my fiancée really enjoyed it and highly merit every chance of staying every year.
