    Zunächst möchte ich den hervorragenden Service hervorheben. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr willkommen und fast wie zu Hause. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und war davon wirklich begeistert. Sowohl die Ausstattung als auch die Farbgestaltung des Zimmers haben mir ausgesprochen gut gefallen – alles war genau nach meinem Geschmack und hat eine sehr angenehme, gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen. Schade war nur, dass ich leider nur zwei Nächte bleiben konnte. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel wirklich sehr empfehlen und würde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder hier übernachten.

    Lovely authentic stay in the heart of the iconic Kinosaki Onsen town.

    Right in the heart of town. Lovely private onsen ( reasonable extra charge for 45 mins). Unfortunately not good for mobility issues that I developed a few days prior to the trip. They spontaneously moved us to a lower room. It turned out to be much bigger and helped my comfort when hobbling. Close to train station.

    The train station shuttle only went one way.
