Traditional high level Japanese hotel stay
They offer a classic high level Japanese hotel stay. The rooms are big and the staff prepares your bed. The meals experience is very nice.

The family stay at Miyajima Kinsuikan was pure utsukushii (beautiful) magic!
Our two-day family stay at **Miyajima Kinsuikan (宮島錦水館)** was an absolute dream and easily one of the highlights of our entire trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the hospitality and the serene atmosphere made us feel completely at home. The location could not be more ideal. Taking an evening stroll through the wonderful, relaxed town after the day-trippers departed felt pure magic. Stepping out of the ryokan for a walk along the bay up toward **Itsukushima Jinja Gojunoto** (the Five-Story Pagoda) was breathtakingly ***utsukushii* (美しい - beautiful)**. Rounding the path to take in the iconic view of the grand floating **Otorii gate** rising out of the sea at high tide and lit up at dusk is an image our family will never forget. The entire experience on the island was both fascinating and delightful—truly ***omoshiroi* (面白い - interesting)** exploring the historic alleys, sampling local treats, and learning about the island’s deep heritage, and so much ***tanoshii* (楽しい - fun)** for everyone in the family. Just a small word of advice for fellow travelers: keep an eye on the free-roaming deer, especially during the autumn mating season! While they are a beloved sight on the island, the bucks can get quite feisty and bold when rutting season is in swing, so definitely keep a respectful distance. After long days of exploring, soaking in Kinsuikan’s soothing natural onsen and dining on exceptional meals made our stay unforgettable. To top off an already flawless stay, Kinsuikan offers a complimentary van shuttle to the ferry pier at checkout. Traveling with family and luggage can be a handful, so having their friendly team load up our bags and drop us right at the terminal doors was such a thoughtful, stress-free touch. If you are planning a trip to Miyajima, do not hesitate for a second to book Kinsuikan. We cannot wait to return!
