Fabulous hotel with beautiful facilities to experience a different aspect of Japan.
This was our treat after a couple of weeks travelling in Japan and it was exactly what we needed. Amazing room with so much space, but the best feature was the hot springs bath on the veranda. Soaking in the hot springs water while gazing at the mountains of green was a great contrast to Tokyo. Food was amazing, we had breakfast and dinner included and the 8 course dinners were the best food we ate in Japan. Public Onsen was clean and relaxing experience. Easy train trip to visit Nikko.
It is a half hour train to Nikko, if you had a car, exploding the area would be easier.
