The surroundings are so beautiful and calming. My travel mates and I had a great time enjoying the onsen, spending time in the tatami room and most of all, savouring the food prepared by the hotel. Our butler, Ichigawa san is very attentive and tries his very best to answer our questions in English and Mandarin. He serves with his heart and we appreciate his sincerity. A superbly enjoyable experience for us.

Everything was just perfect. Since I was traveling with my parents, we asked for a pickup service, and the driver came right away. The staff welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and Sora, who looked after us during our 2‑day stay, couldn’t have been more kind and polite. The hotel room was spotless, and the private hot spring bath inside was amazing. Because we had the bath in our room, we were able to enjoy it several times together with my parents, and of course we also tried the public bath. Both the kaiseki dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and suited my taste perfectly. It was our first time staying at a ryokan, and we loved it. My parents even said they’d love to come back to Kinzans again next time.

最高でした
部屋が広く最高の贅沢　食事も部屋食で特に食前酒から椀物、小鮎のから揚げから締めのショウガご飯、ジェラートまで全てにおいて美味しかった。温泉もゆったりさせてもらえました。
特に気になる箇所は有りませんでした
