El dueño era amable y el departamento estaba bien conectado con transporte público y supermercados.
El sillón cama era extremadamente incómodo (el colchón tenía unos alambres metálicos que resultaban dolorosos). El agua caliente funcionaba mal (había que esperar 30 minutos para obtenerla) y era poca (no la suficiente para las duchas de 3 personas). La puerta del baño no cerraba. La mesa estaba desvencijada y con la pintura saltada.
