    7/10

Location , tv set up and lounge office idea. Also good communication.

Downstairs bathroom, beds are not very comfy and stingy on the towels.

    10/10

Comfortable and perfectly located for visiting family in South Kirkby.

Would have liked a rubber mat for the shower as it's a bit dangerous for older people.
